We have a friend staying with us who’s new to town and wants to play volleyball this summer. Does anyone know of a team looking for a player or advice on how to find a team? He’s mid-20s, fit, single, recently graduated from Southern Illinois, and a professional swim coach (he swam for Kazakhstan at the Beijing Olympics).
I've had good luck with any of S3's leagues. They play at north ave for the most part so you get a good view of the skyline with your volleyball. They are more social oriented than competitive so keep that in mind.
