♀️Monday Maintenance Runs – 6:00 PM Join us every Monday for an easy-paced group run with @4starendurance! Runs are based on time, not pace or distance, gradually increasing each week with 3-week build-up cycles. We alternate directions (north/south) along the lakefront path to keep things fresh. The “1 mile = 10 min” rule is just for mapping! Move at your own conversation pace—run or walk, whatever feels right for you. These are recovery-focused runs (Zone 2–3 effort). Location: Meet on the steps of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Warm-up starts at 6:10 PM with Coach Marsha Close to CTA, Metra & discounted parking at Park Millennium Garage (221 N Stetson Ave).
