Would you like to become a faster, more efficient runner? Have you suffered common running injuries? This is the clinic for you! With the leadership of Coach Mike & Coach Michelle of Fast & Fit Coaching, you will learn to improve your form, technique, strength and reduce your risk of injury. They will cover proper running mechanics, lead the participants through warm-up drills to enhance performance, as well as a short segment on strength exercises to reduce injury risk.
Come prepared to participate so that the coaches from our sponsor, Fast & Fit Coaching, can show us all some drills and then we'll practice them at the clinic.
