Bike/ Run BRICK Rides Saturdays until Pleasant Prairie.
Our new sponsor Fast & Fit Coaching is holding group rides in May & June leading up to Pleasant Prairie! The June Rides will be Bike/ Run Brick workouts so members can practice running off the bike!
The June 4th & 11th sessions will meet at 10am, while the June 18 session will meet at 8am.
Athletes do not need to stay for the run if it is not in their training plan, they can come for the bike only.
The bricks will all be between 1:20 - 2:00 hrs bike followed by a 20-40 min run to the 606 (which is 4 blocks from BFF Bikes).
All athletes will bring their run gear to BFF Bikes where it will be secured in the shop for the bike and the bikes will be watched at the shop as the athletes do their run.
We will have a goal for each brick : fast transition, fast bike to easy run, bike to fast run, etc.
