Pleasant Prairie Training Plan Kick-off!
Liz Waterstraat from Well Fit will be providing a full training program again this year for all newbies racing at Pleasant Prairie. The kick-off for this program will take place on Saturday, April 9th at 2:00 pm at the Well Fit studio (1700 W. Hubbard.)
During this clinic, Coach Liz will go over the specific training plan we are using to train for Pleasant Prairie, explain the principles behind the plan, and answer any of your questions.
Following the Training Plan Seminar, stick around for a Muscle Activation & Stretching Clinic! This clinic will cover key points in strengthening and preparing your muscles for triathlon activities and for stretching post-workout.
