Open Water Swim Clinic Sat August 1st at 7:30 am Ohio Street Beach
Are you new to open water swimming or haven’t been in the open water since last season? Then come join us to learn or for a refresher on sighting, how to swim straight and massive starts. Coach Fitz of Chicago Blue Dolphins will help us improve our open water skills in our lovely Lake Michigan.
No wetsuit, no worries! Element Multisport will be on hand with wetsuits for you to try out. It’s a great way to get a feel for a wetsuit including long versus short sleeves before making the purchase. Element Multisport also rents wetsuits so if you go that route be sure to contact them well in advance of your races, since they go fast.
