MONTHLY

Happy Hours & Clinics
Join us the first Wednesday of every month for our Monthly Meetings! We meet for Happy Hour at 6pm so that members can catch up with their friends & training partners or mingle with new members. Also, between 6 and 7pm members may pick up new member and member renewal gifts. Generally, happy hour is followed at 7pm by a 1-hour clinic on a tri-specific topic. Other times, we take care of club business or just socialize.

We encourage all members to come to both portions of our monthly meetings so that you can get to socialize with other members prior to the start of each monthly clinic!  Check out the Monthly Meetings page for more information.

WEEKLY

Sunday Brunches - Fall through Spring 10am-noon
Almost every Sunday over the winter, members run at 9am, then go to brunch at 10am.  ALL ARE WELCOME to join for either the run, brunch, or both.  Check the Muffin Leader sign ups or follow us on Facebook to find out where brunch will be!  If you would like to join for brunch but can't make the run, post on the Muffin Run invite for the week, and someone will provide an update.

Post Workout
Generally members may choose to do a "Stink & Drink" or brunch after some of the regular workouts like Stroke & Stride, Track Practice, Group Rides, or Gear Watch.  These are generally organized on the spot, so the best way to know about these social opportunities is to come to the workouts!

    Come ready for a work out!

    The February Monthly Meeting is On Location at Well Fit!  Join us on Tuesday, February 2nd at 6:30pm to tour their space, join in a workout, and learn more about classes and coaching that will help make your 2022 season the best yet!

    The group will split into two groups:    

    > Altitude Intervals Class: Choice of stationary bike (6) or treadmill (4)  

    > Strength & Mobility Class

    Please plan to arrive 15-20 mins ahead to allow enough time to check-in, complete paperwork & get ready.  Proof of vaccination & mask required to enter. 

    Participation is limited to 14.  Register Early!    

    After the workout, we'll move across the street to On Tour Brewery.  If you can't make it to the class, join us after for a beer!  Be sure to come dressed and ready to work out!
