The 2026 Newbie Training Plan Coming Soon!!

The training plan will start with a kickoff meeting on Wednesday, April 1st and is designed to bring new & returning athletes to the finish line at the Pleasant Prairie Sprint and Olympic triathlon (June 28, 2026).


Plan is available to all CTC members for no charge and it includes:

- at least 3 group workouts per week

- clinics

- individual workouts

- day-of race support

- & More! (mentorship program, discount codes, post-race party)
