Want to see how strong you are on the bike? Using power to measure your FTP (Functional Power Threshold) is a great way to start off the season and measure progress! WellFit will be offering a Computrainer class to determine your average threshold watts.
Bring your bike to WellFit on Saturday, April 22nd at 12:00 pm. After a warm-up, you will ride on the computrainer for 30 mins as hard as you can. This threshold test will help you determine your average watts. Once you know your threshold watts, you can use this to train in the appropriate zones and improve your cycling.

FYI: You will want to make sure that you have a metal skewer on the rear wheel of your bike for this event! If you have been riding on an indoor trainer, hopefully you have one! If not, purchase one online or at Live Grit, Get-a-Grip or Element. Worst case, you can purchase one at Wellfit day of for $15.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to help get your bike set up and you settled into the studio!
