Lake Shore Park Track Practice 6am May – October.
Lake Shore Park Track practice is at Lake Shore Park (808 N Lake Shore Drive) on Tuesday mornings starting at 6 a.m. Track Practice is open to all levels and is free if you bring your own workout. Track workouts emphasize interval training, a key to success to improve your running speed, efficiency and form.
If you’d like coaching, our sponsor Fast & Fit Coaching is offering a run coaching special in conjunction with this workout: You’ll get a customized weekly track workout along with instruction and feedback on how to improve your running form. These workouts coincide with the Tuesday morning practice sessions.
The cost for coaching is $160 for the full season (through the marathon into fall), 10 sessions for $125, or $15 for a single session. All new people are entitled to a free trial session, but everyone must RSVP to Michelle by registering for this event.
