Join us for February's meeting clinic "Setting Up an Annual Training Program" hosted by the Well-Fit Triathlon and Training Center's founder, Sharone Aharon. Sharone has been racing and coaching for over 25 years, currently specializing in sports conditioning and endurance coaching. He will assist us in deciding what types of workouts (including intensity and duration) we should be doing based on our most important races of the season. Whether you are brand new to the sport and are unsure where to start or are a veteran looking revamp their training program, you'll want to attend this meeting!
