Fast & Fit Coaching Running Track Workouts

Every Tuesday 6:00 am until October.

Lake Shore Park Track

(Right on the corner of Chicago and Lakeshore)

Parking on the street is free before 8am

6am we start with dynamic warm up and drills

COST:

If you have never been to track with us before the first one is on us, so plan on running FAST next Tuesday.

Full season is $175, 10 pack is $150 and drop in is $20.  Pay Fast&Fit at the track, do not pay CTC.

BRING A WATCH.

Bring a watch to track.  It doesn't need to be the latest and greatest GPS device.  It only needs to give you splits. Yes, we'll have someone there giving you times, but when on the track it's important to know where your at each 200m, specially when time trailing.

WARM UP:

Before the workout starts at 6am, everyone is expected to be "warmed up" and ready to go.  I would recommend people get in 10 minutes before we start our warm up. Biking to the track is also an acceptable warm up.

WORK OUTS:

We send out weekly emails letting you know what the workout is and what the purpose of the workout is. We think it is important to know the why along with the what.
