Our Season Kick-off will be a Kona Party on April 14th from 3-6pm at the Lincoln Park Fitness Formula Club. The season kick-off will take place instead of our normal monthly meeting.

Pull out your loudest Hawaiian shirts/skirts and come have a Hawaiian Luau with us! We will be serving a Hawaiian Barbecue and  hope to have plenty of cold beer for you to enjoy. Our keynote speaker will be Chris Navin, who will be talking about his life and career in Multisport and his experiences as a first time participant in the IM World Championship 2017.

There will be an option to do a 60 minute spin class from 2-3pm prior to the party. People interested should register, as there are limited spots available. Please arrive 15 mins early if you are spinning.
