Fast & Fit Coaching is inviting CTC members to join their FaStrength class at a discount!  

The class will be held Thursdays 6am @ Hifi Fitness (820 N Orleans).

This small group program is for the athlete that needs more strength in the week. Often times runner and triathletes are good at swim, bike and running but neglect the strength. So, we use traditional strength movements (squat, pull up, split squat, push ups, lunges....etc) with the sole purpose of getting stronger. Benefits to this program are less injuries and more lean athletes.

Complimentary first class for CTC members who RSVP.  Fast & Fit will give CTC members who purchase a 10 pack of classes an 11 classes for the same price.
