Join us for a snack and recovery beverage at Output Lounge and Sports Bar following the CTC Newbies Training Plan and Muscle Activation Clinic!

The lounge is located at 1758 W Grand Ave, about 2 short blocks from Wellfit.   Even if you are unable to make the clinic, please join us and greet our CTC Newbies at Output Lounge; we should be there by around 3:30 pm.

New and veteran members are welcome.  We hope this will be a low-key way to meet our newest members and get them excited to start training for their first tri!
